Members from Strike Force Winx have arrested a 17-year-old male who absconded from a youth diversion program at Loves Creek on Thursday 6 July.
Detective Sergeant Trent Abbott said that the youth was arrested in Arlparra yesterday.
“Two 14-year-old males, a 15-year-old male and a 16-year old male have already been located and charged.”
The 17-year-old was charged with:
- Unlawful entry
- Damage to property
- Stealing
- Aggravated unlawful use of motor vehicle
He was remanded in custody to appearing the Alice Springs Youth Court today.
“We would like to extend our thanks to the public for their assistance in this investigation,” said Detective Sergeant Abbott.
