Northern Territory Police have charged a 49-year-old man for drug offences in Alice Springs.

“Police executed a search warrant at a premises on Gap Road yesterday and seized 50 cannabis plants,” said Detective Superintendent Michael White.

The offender was charged with cultivate commercial quantity of cannabis plant.

He is due to appear in the Alice Springs Local Court today.
