Northern Territory Police are continuing their investigations into the death of a 27-year-old male in Darwin CBD yesterday.

Detective Senior Sergeant Lee Morgan from the Major Crime Division said the death was reported to police around 2:20pm.

“It is believed the man has fallen from an apartment balcony. Tragically he died at the scene.”

Police extend their sympathies to the victim’s family.

The death is not being treated as suspicious.

A file will be prepared for the coroner.
