Northern Territory Police have charged a 39-year-old woman in relation to the death of a 42-year-old man in Katherine yesterday morning.

Serious Crime Squad detectives have charged her with:

• Murder
• Assault (x2)
• Trespass

She was refused bail to appear in Katherine Local Court tomorrow.
