Call for Witnesses – Crash – Alice Springs

Northern Territory Police are calling for witnesses following an incident involving two cyclists in Alice Springs over the weekend.

“A dark-coloured sedan allegedly struck the cyclists at the intersection of Stuart and Ross highways around 7:15am,” said Senior Sergeant Whitfield-Jones

“The vehicle then left the scene.”

The cyclists remain in hospital and are being treated for injuries suffered in the crash.

Police are calling for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who has information to contact 131 444 or call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
