Northern Territory Police have charged four youths following an aggravated robbery at a Katherine service station yesterday.
Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Malogorski said it is alleged that just before 2:30am, the four youths attended the service station armed with large rocks and a metal pole.
“The youths allegedly threatened a staff member before making off with a sum of cash and food.
“Police attended and following a review of CCTV footage, all four youths were identified and later arrested at a residence.”
The youths, aged between 13 and 16, were charged with aggravated robbery.
They will appear in Katherine Youth Justice Court on 9 September 2016.
