Youth Charged – Unlawful Entry – Tennant Creek

Northern Territory Police have charged a 16-year-old male in relation to three unlawful entries in Tennant Creek on 13 March 2016.

Detective Acting Sergeant Luke Dalgliesh said the youth was also charged for two unlawful entries that occurred in February 2016.

“Police will allege the youth stole items including alcohol, cigarettes, two mobiles phones and car keys with a total value of $1,874. The car keys and one mobile phone were recovered,” he said.

The offender was identified through CCTV on 14 March. He was arrested and charged with:

  •  Unlawful Entry x 6
  • Stealing x 5
  • Criminal Damage

The youth has been remanded in custody to appear in the Tennant Creek Youth Justice Court at 1:00pm today.
