Northern Territory Police have charged three men following the alleged unlawful entry of a premises in Alice Springs yesterday.
Detective Senior Sergeant Peter Malley said that members from Strike Force Vega apprehended the men about 9:15am yesterday.
“Police were alerted to a theft at a business on Todd St and attended the scene,” he said.
“The offenders were apprehended on-site with a quantity of alcohol.”
Two 24-year-olds and a 29-year-old male were charged with:
- Breach S6 alcohol protection order
- Aggravated enter building intent commit offence
- Stealing
All three were remanded in custody and are due to appear in the Alice Springs Court today.
