The Northern Territory Police Special References Unit (SRU) has finalised preliminary investigations into allegations against The Hon Willem Westra Van Holthe MLA.

At this time, insufficient evidence has been identified to justify further criminal investigations.

The matter is now considered finalised by the Northern Territory Police.
