Northern Territory Police have charged a female police officer following a crash in Palmerston yesterday

She will appear in Darwin Local Court today to face charges of:

• Drive in a public place without due care            
• Drive under influence of alcohol             
• Drive a motor vehicle while disqualified            
• Drive unregistered motor vehicle                    
• Drive uninsured motor vehicle

As this matter is before court, no further information will be released.
