Alice Springs Police have charged a 20-year-old male in relation to an indecent assault that occurred on Friday 2 September.

Detective Senior Sergeant Allan Milner said that detectives from the Southern Crime Division arrested the man at 8:30am this morning.

“He was charged with indecent assault and indecent dealing child under 16 years old.

“Police would like to thank the assistance of the NT Major Events team in providing video footage and still photographs enabling identification of the offender,” Detective Senior Sergeant Milner said.
