A male toddler has died following a single-vehicle rollover on Daly River Road overnight.

Northern Territory Police attended the scene about 7am this morning.

Police believe 12 occupants were on board, including six adults and six children.

Major Crash investigators are on scene. The cause of the crash is yet to be determined.

The crash may have occurred several hours prior to 7.00am.
