Members from the Southern Tactical Investigations Squad have charged two 15-year-old males with unlawful entry following several incidents in Alice Springs between 6 June and 24 August.
Detective Sergeant Trent Abbott said Police will allege that one of the youths was involved in four separate unlawful entries.
“About 9:20am on 25 August the two youths were located. While being arrested, a quantity of cannabis was found in their possession,” he said.
One of the offenders was charged with:
- Unlawful entry – building (x4)
- Stealing (x6)
- Damage to property (x4)
The other offender was charged with:
- Unlawful entry - building
- Stealing
- Damage property
- Possession cannabis
They were remanded in custody and will appear in Alice Springs Youth Court today.
