Charges - Unlawful Entry - Alice Springs

Northern Territory Police have charged three youths in relation to an unlawful entry at a business premises in Alice Springs.

Detective Superintendent Michael White said five offenders allegedly entered about 2.30am Monday 19 December.

“Two offenders fled when the alarm was activated,” he said.  

“They are yet to be apprehended.

“Three females aged 11, 12 and 14 were arrested.”

The 11 and 12-year-olds were eligible for youth diversion.

The 14-year-old was in breach of a suspension and was charged with unlawful entry.

She was remanded in custody to appear in Alice Springs Youth Court today.
