Northern Territory Police have charged two males, aged 35 and 16, in relation to a sexual assault that occurred in Alice Springs in May 2016.
Detectives from the Southern Investigations Division will allege that the two males sexually assaulted a 30-year-old female in Alice Springs on 6 May 2016.
The 35-year-old male was charged with:
- Sexual intercourse without consent
- Possessing a controlled weapon
He was remanded in custody to appear in the Alice Springs Local Court on 10 November.
The 16-year-old male was charged with:
- Sexual intercourse without consent
He was bailed to appear in the Alice Springs Youth Court tomorrow, 14 October.
