Charges - Drug Offences - Howard Springs

Detectives from the Drug and Organised Crime Squad have charged a 29-year-old male following a search warrant in Howard Springs yesterday.

Detective Superintendent Mark Stringer said that during the course of the search, members located 119 grams of methamphetamine, 160 MDMA tablets and 16 grams of MDMA powder.

The male has been charged with:

  • Supply Schedule 1 dangerous drug – Commercial quantity
  • Possess Schedule 1 dangerous drug – Commercial quantity
  • Supply Schedule 2 dangerous drug – Commercial quantity
  • Possess Schedule 2 dangerous drug – Commercial quantity
  • Possess tainted property

He will appear in Darwin Local Court today.
