Detectives from the Organised Crime Division have charged two men, aged 41 and 51, following a search warrant at a hotel in Darwin.

Detective Acting Superintendent Mark Stringer said police seized a total of 39 grams of heroin, 26 grams of MDMA and a small quantity of methamphetamine.

“A further search warrant was executed at a private residence on Woods Street, allegedly uncovering 2 MDMA pills, drug paraphernalia and ledger type documents,” Detective Acting Superintendent Stringer said.

“Police allege the males were known to each other and involved in the supply of drugs to the community.”

The duo will face Darwin Local Court today charged with:

  • Possess MDMA - Commercial Quantity
  • Possess Heroin - Trafficable Quantity
  • Supply MDMA - Commercial Quantity
  • Supply Heroin - Commercial Quantity
  • Possess Methamphetamine - Trafficable Quantity
  • Possess MDMA - Trafficable Quantity - Public Place
  • Possess Methamphetamine - Public Place
