Northern Territory Police have arrested and charged a 34-year-old man in relation to the death of a 46-year-old man in a grass fire in Katherine on Wednesday evening.
Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Tony Henrys said: “thorough work by Detectives uncovered fresh evidence which led to the arrest early this morning in Katherine”.
He has been charged with:
- Manslaughter
- Recklessly endangering life
He has been remanded to appear in Katherine Local Court on Monday, 17 October.
