A 13-year-old male has been charged in relation to a series of incidents in Palmerston last month.

Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Bland from Strike Force Trident said the youth and three co-offenders allegedly searched a number of addresses in Gunn.

“The group did steal several items, and attempted to steal from five vehicles and 10 properties,” he said.

“The youth was identified on CCTV at a Palmerston hotel and arrested.”

He was charged with:

• Trespass (x10)
• Stealing (x7)
• Damage to property (x2)
• Interfere with a motor vehicle (x5)

He was remanded in custody to appear in Darwin Youth Justice Court today.
