Members from the Major Fraud Squad have charged a 51-year-old man for allegedly stealing in excess of $130,000 from a Darwin business.

Detective Superintendent Travis Wurst said this is the result of a lengthy Police investigation following a complaint from the man’s former business partner. 

“The investigation is ongoing and it is expected that further charges could be laid.”

The man will appear in the Darwin Local Court on 25 July 2016.
