Northern Territory Police are calling for information after an alleged unlawful entry in Woodroffe during the early hours of Sunday morning, 11 September.

Detective Senior Constable Andrew Dudley said an unknown man entered a home on Emery Avenue about 4.40am.

“The man was disturbed by the occupant, who he threatened with a hammer before fleeing the scene,” he said.

A comfit of the alleged offender has been released.

The man is described as of Indigenous appearance aged in his 20s, about 160cm tall, stocky to medium build with acne scarring on his face. He was wearing a black flat-brimmed hat with white writing on it, a black tee shirt with white writing, light-coloured three quarter-length pants and black sneakers.
