Alice Springs Police are investigating an alleged assault on a 31-year-old male yesterday.

Senior Constable Anna Fulwood said that the assault is alleged to have occurred at the southern end of the Todd Mall between 3:00am and 4:00am on Sunday 28 August.

“The male was taken to Alice Springs Hospital with head injuries,” she said.

Police are calling for anyone who may have seen or heard anything to call 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
