Northern Territory Police are calling for information following a suspicious fire at a Katherine sporting club.

Detective Sergeant Ian Young said Police were notified about 10pm on Monday 4 April 2016.

“Upon arrival, Police observed a small fire on the roof which was quickly extinguished. Minor damage was caused to the building.” he said.

“Police believe the fire was deliberately lit and are calling for anyone with any information to come forward.”
