NT Police are appealing to the public in a bid to locate Hungarian national Peter Koever, missing from the NT since 2010.

Detective Senior Constable First Class Wayne Smith said that from time to time old cases are reviewed.

“Mr Koever was reported missing by family back in July 2010 however, the last confirmed sighting was in December 2009.

“At the time of his disappearance Mr Koever was 55 years old and was living in Ironwood Place at Girraween.

“He is described as a Caucasian male of medium build, approximately 176cm tall, dark complexion and having short, red/brown hair with a beard. His appearance may have changed in the past six years.”

Detective Smith said that it is possible that Mr Koever may now use the name Peter Bindr. 

The circumstances surrounding his disappearance are not suspicious, however Police would like to speak with him.
