Serious Crime Squad Detectives have charged a 19-year-old female in relation to a series of offences in Darwin on 6 September.

“Police will allege the female was involved with the theft of a Mitsubishi Mirage and the later robbery and theft of a Holden Commodore that subsequently crashed in the early hours of Monday 7 September,” Detective Acting Superintendent Chris Board said.

The female has been charged with:

• Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle x 2
• Aggravated Robbery 

She has been remanded in custody to appear in Darwin Magistrates Court on Monday 14 September 2015.
