Police have arrested a 28-year-old man following a domestic violence incident in Gillen on February 10, 2015.

Detective Superintendent Brent Warren said two men had a disagreement over the use of a vehicle which resulted in one man suffering a broken arm and the other hospitalised with serious head injuries. 

“Domestic violence is a serious crime and Police will continue to enforce the law robustly, regardless of the gender of the participants. 

“Following inquiries into the incident a 28-year-old man has been charged with unlawfully causing serious harm.”

The man will appear in the Alice Springs Magistrates Court on March 3, 2015.
