Members from Strike Force Vega have charged a 15-year-old male in relation to a series of property offending in Alice Springs.

Detective Acting Superintendent Peter Malley said Police allege the youth unlawfully entered five residences in Araluen and Gillen between 20 June and 4 July.

“It is alleged the offender stole a baseball cap, a bike, iPad mini, alcohol, a Toyota Camry and a Yamaha motorcycle."

He was arrested yesterday by Strike Force Vega members and charged with:

• Unlawful entry (x5)
• Stealing (x3)
• Trespass (x3)
• Damage to property (x2)
• Unlawful use of a motor vehicle (x2)
• Drive unlicensed
• Aggravated unlawful use of a motor vehicle

He will appear in Alice Springs Youth Justice Court today.
