As part of the pensioner concession scheme investigation, NT Police identified a potential anomaly in a travel transaction processed by Latitude travel for their client the Department of the Chief Minister.

This specific transaction related to ministerial travel and a preliminary inquiry has commenced between the NT Police and the Department of Chief Minister to determine if an offence has been committed.

No offence has been established at this time.

This inquiry is being conducted by the Special References Unit on behalf of the NT Police as it is separate to the Pensioner Concession Scheme investigation.
