Members from the Sex Crimes Unit have charged a 58-year-old male following an alleged sexual assault.
The man was arrested yesterday afternoon in relation to an incident that occurred on Tiwi Oval on Thursday 10 September.
He was charged with sexual intercourse without consent and aggravated assault.
He will appear in Darwin Magistrates Court today.
