Strike Force Trident Detectives have charged a male with dangerous driving and drug offences.
Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Stringer said on Saturday 20 June, Police CCTV operators witnessed two male occupants of a white sedan allegedly administering a dangerous drug before driving dangerously around a Palmerston car park.
“The vehicle was located yesterday morning in Moulden and Police arrested a 30-year-old male at a nearby residence.”
He was charged with:
- Driving vehicle in dangerous manner
- Administer drug to self
- Drive unlicensed
- Burn outs – Drive vehicle causing smoke
- Damaging road surface
- Damage to property
He will appear in Darwin Magistrates Court today
