Indecent Behaviour - Public Assistance Sought - Alice Springs

Alice Springs Police are seeking public assistance in relation to an indecent behaviour incident that occurred yesterday morning.

Detective Sergeant Carmen Butcher said a 16-year-old-girl was walking north along Priest Street at around 9am when she was approached by an unknown male who exposed himself.

“The female fled the scene and reported the incident to Police.

“The offender is described as a male of Aboriginal appearance, aged in his mid-30’s, approximately 165cm tall, solid build and shaved head.

“He was wearing a dirty white t-shirt with a black logo, black tracksuit pants with a white stripe up the side and a dirty white cap.

“Police urge anyone who may have witnessed this incident or anyone with any further information to contact Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
