Northern Territory Police have charged a 31-year-old man with multiple offences following an extensive police operation yesterday in the Darwin rural area.
The man has been charged with:
- Possessing a firearm without a licence
- Possessing ammunition without a licence
- Unlawful entry at night
- Common assault
- Aggravated assault (x 2)
- Threat to kill
- Driving unlicenced
- Fail to stop
- Fail to obey traffic directions
The man appeared before court this afternoon where he did not apply for bail. He has been remanded in custody to reappear on 16 September 2015.
