A 49-year-old man has died from injuries sustained in a crash in Berrimah on Wednesday, 6 May.

Acting Senior Sergeant Mark Casey from the Major Crash Unit said the man was riding a motorcycle on Berrimah Road and was involved in a crash with another vehicle travelling in the opposite direction.

“He was taken to Royal Darwin Hospital but passed away last night.

“Investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing.”

The road toll now stands at 14 compared to 18 for the same time last year.
