Alice Springs Police are appealing for information regarding the unlawful entry and theft of equipment from a yard on Len Kittle Drive between 11 and 13 December.

“Machinery and power tools were stolen from the yard, including a Dingo commercial digging machine, trailer and attachments valued at $25,000. Also stolen was a hydraulic log splitter valued at $15,000,” Senior Constable Brad Maxwell said.

“Police are seeking any assistance from the public who may have been in the area on the weekend or who may have information on the whereabouts of the stolen equipment.”

Following a complete audit by the victims, the estimated value of the stolen goods is more than $45,000.
