Two males, aged 20 and 16 are to appear in court tomorrow, following the unlawful entry of a licensed premises in Nhulunbuy on Sunday.

Acting Superintendent Brendan Muldoon of the Arafura Division said all three offenders have now been arrested and charged in relation to the incident.

Both males have been charged with unlawful entry, stealing, possess alcohol in a restricted area and consume alcohol in a restricted area.

The 16-year-old was also charged with aggravated assault, following an incident in Yirrkala on Wednesday. He is to appear in the Darwin Youth Justice Court.

The 20-year-old man is to appear in the Darwin Magistrates Court.
