Unlawful Entries - Man Charged - Stuart Park

A 45-year-old man will appear in Darwin Magistrates Court today following a series of unlawful entries in Stuart Park.

Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Stringer said Police allege the offender unlawfully entered three residences and attempted to break into another three in Stuart Park on 22 September.

“The offender stole cash, wallets, an iPod and caused around $2,000 worth of damage.”

Strike Force Trident Detectives arrested the man on Tuesday and charged him with:

Damage to property (x6)

Attempt to commit a crime (x3)

Unlawful entry (x3)

Stealing (x2).
