Northern Territory Police have charged a 35-year-old female Police Officer with one count of high range drink driving after she returned a high-range reading.

The Police Officer has been suspended from duty and will appear in the Darwin Court of Summary Jurisdiction on 31 December 2014.

As the matter is currently before the court, NT Police will not be providing any further information.
