A 20-year-old man, named as one of Crime Stoppers Most Wanted fugitives, has been arrested by Northern Territory Police.

Senior Sergeant Brett Prowse said Detectives from the Northern Investigation Section located and arrested the 20-year-old man in Douglas Daly Thursday morning.

“It is alleged the 20-year-old was involved in a serious assault in Berkeley, New South Wales in July 2013.

“Operation Roam kicked off on Sunday, 7 September and since then three of Crime Stoppers Most Wanted have been arrested. The Operation will run throughout next week and conclude on Friday, 19 September.

“The public are our eyes and ears in the community and any piece of information, regardless of how insignificant it may be, is still very important. It just may be the vital link needed to apprehend one of Crime Stoppers Most Wanted People.

“A $1 million reward is offered for any information leading to the apprehension of wanted fugitive Stuart Pearce.

“It is alleged that Stuart Pearce murdered his wife and three children at Parafield Gardens, South Australia in 1991.

“If you recognise or know the whereabouts of Stuart Pearce or any of the outstanding fugitives, do not approach them but call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.”
