Police are seeking public assistance in relation to a stolen motor vehicle involved in series of property and traffic offences early this morning.

Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Mark Bland from Strike Force Trident said four youths stole a grey Suzuki Swift from a residence in Wagaman shortly after midnight.

“The vehicle was witnessed being driven erratically in Palmerston and was involved in a fuel drive off at a service station on Wishart Road at around 1:40am.

“The offenders then used the vehicle to ram a residential fence in Karama at around 2:30am. The offenders also smashed a window of a parked vehicle in Bayview at around 4:20am.”
