Police continue to seek public assistance to locate missing 37-year-old woman Joanne Anderson, last seen in October.

Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Jeremy Brunton of the Northern Investigation Section said Joanne was last seen on 31 October at Power Station camp, 2km south of Mataranka.

“Joanne is described to be of Aboriginal appearance, approximately 160cm tall and of solid build. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and black knee length shorts.

“We believe Joanne may possibly be in the Katherine or Darwin area and urge anyone who may have seen her recently, or anyone who may know of her whereabouts to contact Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000,” Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Brunton said.
