Northern Territory Police hold concerns for the welfare of 37-year-old female Joanne Anderson.

Senior Sergeant Dan Davison from the Arnhem and Western Division said Joanne was last seen at a family gathering on the evening of Friday 31 October 2014, south of the Mataranka Township.

“Police believe Joanne may have attempted to travel to Katherine shortly after in a red motor vehicle.

“There have been no confirmed sightings of Joanne since.

“Joanne is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, approximately 160cm tall and of solid build.

“She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and black knee length shorts,” Senior Sergeant Davison said.

Police urge anyone who can provide any information into the whereabouts of Joanne to contact Police on 131444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
