Northern Territory Police are seeking public information on the whereabouts of Mr Abbott George

Mr George was last seen at the Laramba Community on July 7 where he left for Alice Springs with unknown persons.

Mr George had advised community members he was going to visit family at Larapinta Valley Camp.

Police have received unconfirmed reports that he is still in the Alice Springs area.

Alice Springs Watch Commander Siiri Tennosaar said any information on the location of Mr George is urgently requested.

“He is described as being of Aboriginal appearance, 180 cm tall with a thin build.

“He has blue eyes, grey hair and is known to always wear a cowboy hat.

“Mr George suffers from several medical ailments and has a distinctive walk due to his partial blindness.”

Anyone with information or who may have seen Mr George is asked to call the Police Assistance Line on 131 444.
