Man Apprehended – Hidden Valley

Police have apprehended a 20-year-old man following a number of incidents on Wednesday and Thursday in the Hidden Valley area last week.

Superintendent Daniel Shean said Police had been searching for the man since reports were received on Wednesday night, stating a man was behaving indecently on Tiger Brennan Drive and throwing rocks at cars.

“The 20-year-old was located early on Sunday morning in the Hidden Valley area. Concerned for his state of health both mentally and physically, he was taken into custody for the purpose of a mental health assessment.

“We are pleased to have located this man before any harm could come to him and Police would like to thank the public for their assistance,” Superintendent Shean said.
