The NT road toll has now risen to 30 following the death of a male near Borroloola this morning.
Superintendent Michael Hebb of the Arnhem and Western Division said Police received reports of a single vehicle rollover, approximately 15km from Borroloola at around 5:50am today.
“Police and local Health Clinic staff attended and located a male deceased at the scene.
“The two other occupants of the vehicle are being treated at the Borroloola Health Clinic for their injuries.
“Investigations are currently underway to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the crash.”
Police will now prepare a report for the Coroner.
The road toll for the same time last year was 26.
