A 20-year-old man will appear in Darwin Magistrates Court today following an alleged aggravated robbery at Fort Hill Wharf in September.

Detective Acting Sergeant Donna Cayley said Police allege the offender and an accomplice assaulted a 56-year-old male and stole his vehicle.

“The target had actively been avoiding police and had numerous outstanding warrants.

“Members of the Metropolitan Patrol Group arrested the offender yesterday”.
