Woman Charged for Supplying Alcohol - Alice Springs

Southern Investigation Detectives have charged a 27-year-old woman for allegedly selling alcohol without a licence in Alice Springs.

Detective Senior Sergeant Peter Malley said Police received a number of reports the woman was allegedly selling alcohol from her residence in Gillen.

“Police attended the location yesterday and seized two 700ml bottles of rum and a small amount of cash."

She has been charged with selling alcohol without a licence and will appear in Alice Springs Magistrates Court on the 7 January 2014.
