Three Arrested for Unlawful Entry – Stuart Park

Strike Force Trident Detectives have arrested three males in relation to the unlawful entry of the Stuart Park supermarket last week.

Detective Sergeant Mark Bland said it is alleged three males, a 15-year-old and two aged 18, were involved in the unlawful entry of the store on Tuesday 19 November, which caused approximately $20,000 damage.

“It is alleged the three also unlawfully entered a home in Durack early this morning and stole a sum of cash, car keys and a Holden Commodore,” Detective Sergeant Bland said.

The group, and the stolen motor vehicle, were located a short time later in Tiwi.

The males have been charged with:

Aggravated unlawful use of a motor vehicle (x3)
Stealing (x3)
Trespass (x2)
Aggravated unlawful entry (x2)
Damage property (x2).
