Detectives from the Serious Crime Squad have charged a 56-year-old man in relation to alleged threats against a public servant earlier this month.

Detective Senior Sergeant Chris Board said detectives arrested the alleged offender yesterday and charged him with threats to kill.

He will appear in Darwin Magistrates Court on 9 July 2013.
