Police are calling for public assistance regarding a serious assault on a 39- year-old man this morning, at around 9am outside the Katherine Court House on First Street.

Police urge anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have any information to contact them on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
