Detectives from the Sex Crimes Division have charged a 61-year-old man with gross indecency upon a 36-year-old woman.

Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Janelle Tonkin said the offender allegedly inappropriately touched the victim at a rural business on 1 and 5 February 2013.

“Police executed a search warrant at the alleged offender’s residence today and seized a number of computers and documents.”

He was arrested and charged with gross indecency (x4).

He has been bailed to appear in Darwin Magistrates Court on 11 September.
